The NHRHTA has three membership categories; Regular, Sustaining, and Honorary. Regular Membership dues for United States residents are $35.00 per year. Sustaining Membership dues for US residents are $50.00 per year. For Canadian residents, Regular Membership dues are US$46.00 and Sustaining Membership dues are US$61.00. For all other foreign residents, Regular Membership dues are US$69.00 and Sustaining Membership dues are US$79.00. Membership fees are tax-deductible. Honorary Membership will be awarded to any former New Haven Railroader over age 70 upon receipt of proper documentation.

The Shoreliner®
Our premier publication features a striking full color cover and 39 pages of historical and technical information about the New Haven Railroad. The articles within are written by knowledgeable and respected authors; the photographs submitted represent some of the finest collections of New Haven material available. Photographer-historians again bring to life the past glory of railroading on the New Haven. Back issues are available.
Our bulletin features current events in railroading, exchanges of information among members, up-to-date modeling news, and events of interest to New Haven railfans. It also updates the present status of ex-New Haven lines and equipment.
The NHRHTA also sponsors an Annual Reunion Weekend. Friday evening activities include New Haven film and slide shows. During the day Saturday, the film and slide shows continue, and there are also New Haven photo and modeling contests, as well as a railroadiana and model train dealer show. Our dealer show provides an excellent opportunity to find books, videos, photographs, maps, scale model kits and other railroadiana of New Haven interest! Activities conclude with a Saturday evening banquet featuring a presentation on some aspect of the New Haven Railroad.
Our Annual Reunion Weekend is usually held the first weekend of November.
